As the Digital Assets are safeguarded with Sygnum Singapore, you may submit a request to the Bank should you wish to sell your Digital Assets. The Bank will route your sale order to Sygnum Singapore for their execution. The Bank will generally not be able to transfer the Digital Assets into your private wallet, except where there is a closure of your Digital Assets sub-account (in which case we may transfer your Digital Assets to a private wallet belonging to you that meets specifications that the Bank would stipulate). Please note that the Bank will only transact in Digital Assets between 9am – 6pm Singapore time on weekdays (other than bank holidays or public holidays in the Republic of Singapore).
